He waits till you’re asleep in bed / And steals your eyes out of your head.
His tweezers go into your socket / Your eyeballs go into his pocket.
And once the Plucker has your sight / You’ll only know forever night. (children’s nursery rhyme)

In life, Mr. Eyeball Plucker was hanged for killing children to collect their eyes. But his passion for eyeball collection let him return from the grave as an eyeless, grinning phantom armed with an enormous pair of rusty tweezers. With the parents of blinded children pleading for justice, the Evil Wardens cast an arcane summoning spell from their powerful spell book; extracting the bogeyman from his plane of existence (the chaotic Pool of Nightmares) and imprisoning him. Now one of the most despised combatants to ever enter the AMPUTHEATRE, Mr. Eyeball Plucker battles many Slashers he himself terrorized during their youth...
     
 
EVIL DEEDS
Perhaps AMPUTHEATRE's most slippery eel, Mr. Eyeball Plucker is full of scurrilous tricks- every one of which he unabashedly abuses. With a Teleport atop his already fast speed and excellent evasion, an area-of-effect Stun, and a devious Tweezer Summon, one almost forgets that Mr. Eyeball Plucker is very good at Blinding people.
 

FLOATING APPARITION - Mr. Eyeball Plucker can safely hover over floor traps.
TELEPORT - Mr. Eyeball Plucker disappears from sight and reappears elsewhere in an instant.
RUDE AWAKENING - Mr. EP drops through the floor and reappears under a Slasher to Blind them.
TWEEZER SUMMON - Mr. EP's Evil Tweezers fly to his hands, goring anyone in their path.
CAROTID PINCH - Mr. Eyeball Plucker shuts his opponent's artery in an attempt to explode their head.
STOPWATCH - Mr. EP stops his magical timepiece, freezing all nearby Slashers in his vicinity.
