| One of France’s premier gourmet chefs, Gaston DeVrieux was given the dreamlike chance of cooking for a United Nations peace conference. But the infamous “Rat Flu” was surging through Europe, and a week before the feast, DeVrieux was bitten on his rear by a contaminated rodent that crawled up through his commode. Unbowed, the chef was not about to let his increasingly worsening symptoms of bloodied vomiting and pus-filled sores deter him from culinary fame. DeVrieux prepared a germ-ridden banquet that- while delicious- hospitalized and/or killed several world leaders in under 72 hours. On the run from authorities, “Bubo Gaston” ignored the deaths at his hands and only acknowledged the critics’ reviews of his cooking prior to the fatalities. He fled to the United States and used his reputation to secure work at dozens of restaurants. Until his capture, Bubo Gaston killed hundreds of diners across the United States. He is now a Slasher at Madman Square Garden, and his awful symptoms of the Rat Flu have been stabilized by the Amputech. | |||||||||
